Drive are a learning disability provider based in Wales, leading their market in delivering fantastic outcomes for supported people.
FSP were commissioned to help the organisation define their overall digital strategy to realise their aspiration of becoming an acknowledged expert in the learning disability field. A critical aspect of this journey was the need to replace existing business systems, build digital capability across the teams and leverage technology to improve the outcomes of supported people.
FSP worked extensively across the charity to fully understand the landscape, the vision of the organisation and how that could be delivered with a change programme that will replace most systems and embed usage of modern platforms such as Microsoft 365. Drive are now delivering this programme in a staged manner making digital capability a central pillar of their future business strategy.
By delivering this project Drive are modernising their technology landscape whilst building internal digital competency all in support of improving outcomes for their supported people. This is delivering increased productivity, reduced overheads and improving the overall service. This is allowing Drive to take the next step in terms of scale and expertise as a leading learning disability provider.
