Recently, Simon Grosse sat down with Sir Clive Woodward to discuss the creation of our One FSP Playbook – a comprehensive guide to our purpose, values and the key actions and behaviours we can all expect from one another, our ‘Winning Behaviours’.

We spent over six months developing our Playbook with the support of Sir Clive and his team. Since its official launch in June, the Playbook has already become an essential resource for day-to-day operations, new starters and future teams, encapsulating the principles that drive our success and commitment to excellence.

Sir Clive’s inspiring talk on ‘Teamship & Winning Behaviours’ at our Unity event in 2023, resonated deeply with our purpose of being a world-class, high-performing organisation founded on a culture of belonging, which led to the creation of our One FSP Playbook.
