The Academy focuses on supporting early careers talent, providing internships, work experience placements and graduate positions for individuals seeking a stepping stone into IT consulting. We provide best-in-class support, training and mentorship to enable those who work with us to excel.

One of our recent interns, Ruth Fawkes, has reflected on her experience with us:

“After completing work experience at FSP, I can look back and honestly say that it has been a really enjoyable and very beneficial experience for me. I have found that my confidence talking to people has developed, as well as my ability to multitask and prioritise my day, in conjunction with an obvious improvement in my time management.

Another recent intern who was with us over the summer, Alex Bull., remarked on his experience working with FSP:

“I recently completed a 3-month internship with FSP. In this time, I supported across a couple of different teams. Predominantly working with the Cloud Engineering team, I was given an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of an important client project. Working on this project gave me the opportunity to see what working in a properly functioning development team is like, and how the interaction with clients is woven into the planning of the project.

I gained some great experience working with clients, whilst simultaneously contributing to the overall company objectives. FSP taught me more about industry best practices, particularly when working with clients, and my confidence has grown considerably in a short period of time.

My exposure into the tech industry during my break from education over the summer, has turned out to be invaluable and I am very grateful for this.”
