This comprehensive guide was developed over six months with sessions led by Sir Clive Woodward, renowned executive coach and former England Rugby Coach who famously led the England team to World Cup victory in 2003, and his team.
The idea for the One FSP Playbook first took shape when Sir Clive joined us at FSP’s third Unity event in 2023, where he spoke about the concept of ‘Winning Behaviours’. His inspiring talk on ‘Teamship & Winning Behaviours’ resonated deeply with our purpose of being a world class, high-performing organisation founded on a culture of belonging.
Inspired by Sir Clive’s insights, we began a series of leadership workshops with him and his team over the course of a few months. These workshops culminated in the creation of our first iteration of the Playbook, which we then shared with the wider business for feedback and input. This collaborative effort allowed the content to grow and develop into the incredible Playbook we have today.
The One FSP Playbook is a living, breathing representation of our cultural DNA, setting out our purpose, values, and Winning Behaviours. It is now set to become an essential resource for day-to-day operations, new starters, and future teams, encapsulating the principles that drive our success and commitment to excellence.
