Last Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual FSP Awards Evening at the iconic Lancaster Ballroom, at The Savoy London. It was a night dedicated to celebrating the incredible achievements and successes of our colleagues over the past year. As the biggest event in the FSP calendar, this year’s celebration was nothing short of spectacular. (Next year might be a challenge – how do we top The Savoy?!) Our annual awards provide a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, recognise each other’s hard work, and celebrate the accomplishments that make FSP so special.
Our CEO, Simon Grosse, shared these inspiring words:
Our awards evenings have presented some truly special memories over the years, always with recognition, respect and celebration at the heart. Having the opportunity to connect and celebrate our peers and our team really is an important part of what makes FSP such a special place to be. We have so many wonderful and talented colleagues across the organisation in different teams and global locations, all operating as one team. Valuing our colleagues, teamwork and humanity is something I am very proud of. Thank you, as always, for being part of FSP, it’s down to each and every one of you who makes this organisation what it is today.

Meaningful events like these give us the opportunity to switch off from the day-to-day business and focus on the lifeblood of the organisation – our culture and our purpose – being a truly unique organisation where people can thrive.
Finally, a huge thank you to the incredible team at The Savoy, for helping us bring our vision to life in this stunning venue and for an exquisite three course meal and seamless execution on the night. To Kudos AV for delivering top-notch AV and production and Claire Patterson for capturing the evening perfectly. Finally to Lily and Tilly Beck, who serenaded us through the evening. This event will be hard to beat!
