This is the second year running that we have been named #1 in the UK and the South East, and the third consecutive year that we have been placed in the Top 5 in all three key areas.

Not only that, but our CEO, Simon Grosse, has won Best Leader of the Year for the third time running. Amazing achievement all round!

FSP was also proudly awarded a 3-star ‘World Class’ accreditation from Best Companies™ earlier this year, where we achieved outstanding results from its proprietary b-Heard employee engagement survey – the highest standard of workplace recognition, awarded to organisations that truly excel. The accreditation is based on their unique BCI score generated by an employee engagement survey, on a scale from 0 – 1000. Organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher are awarded the 3-star accreditation reflecting ‘World Class’ levels of workplace engagement.
